I actually went to the gym

On Monday I got going on my gym routine. I started by modifying the plan given to me by the personal trainer, to make it into something I could actually achieve. The only real change was the insane Cross Trainer thing. Anyway, it worked! Went to the gym, did a full workout, and it took ages (about an hour and a half). I think this will probably be fine for now, so I plan to do it again tomorrow. Success! Even if my arms and stomach do ache ;-)
