Things I’ve learnt from strangers: running in the morning

I was in a running shop, looking for some cheap gloves. The shop assistant asked me about my running, which is very rudimentary. She said it’s best to run earlier in the day, when the air is fresher, as it’s better for your lungs. Running is very good for your lungs, it seems.
