Sarah is a sneaky goldfish

Friday the fourth of April marked five years since Sarah and I started going out together. I forget the reason we chose that date in particular, but it’s nice to have a date to celebrate. To that end, I bought Sarah a copy of Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance, which has just been released for the PlayStation 2. After a few hours of playing her virtual reality missions, practicing being sneaky and undercover, Sarah started going around the flat in a very sneaky manner. After a few more hours of her missions, Sarah got to a point in the game where she got some control codes to log on to the Konami website and find out how she compares with other players around the world. Traditionally, this website assigns players animals based on how good they are. The result: here’s an avi of Sarah pretending to be a sneaky goldfish.

When I played (and completed!) Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, I was awarded the status of quite cool animals: first an Elephant, then a Shark, Scorpion and Panther. Just because I was a bit crap at a couple of VR missions J saw, I have somehow been assigned the status of goldfish now. But I did have fun on the weekend walking through Canary Wharf doing an impression of a sneaky goldfish :-)
I know, I know, I probably shouldn’t be allowed to have a playstation…
Hey there…
you’re probably going to think I’m crazy, but I’d just like you to know that I just found you after using “Sarah is a sneaky goldfish” as an away message for about a year. If you go to googlism.com and type in ’sarah,’ that’s one of the hits you’ll get. I’m a Sarah as well, and I just wanted to drop a line to say thanks :p
